President of American Friendship Club, Ilia Zukakishvili Circulates a Special Letter Addressed to the PM of Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili and Government of GeorgiaFriday, 25 March 2022 13:13
Authorities of the ruling party "Georgian Dream" deliberately try to get into the trap of Kremlin.
Throughout the last two decades observation of researchers of world politics clearly demonstrated that the notorious bloody Putin remains to be the leader of lethal diseases. However, I will not focus your attention on this issue now since sooner of later the logical end of this disease is clear to all of us.
I personally do not care much about the fate of uncontrolled Putin. It is much more important for me to see the unreconciled resistance of authorities of my country towards the vigilant enemy of Georgia and now the world peace - bloody Putin.
However, unfortunately, antagonistic attitude of the Georgian authorities towards authorities of warring Ukraine and strategic partners of our country has been clearly revealed, which makes me think that the autorities of the ruling party "Georgian Dream" is trying to get into the trap of Kremlin intentionally.
After the atrocious intrusion of Russia into Ukraine, I had a feeling that the rating of the prime minister and the authorities both inside and outside of the country has been reduced to almost zero. What serves as the basis for my assumption is special inadequate behaviour of the prime minister. Mainly, the unclear manner of statements made by him recently which harms and dismantles the roads leading to the north-atlantic alliance.
Dear Prime Minister and members of the government, I would like to sincerely believe in your policy of justifying your opinion - regarding cooperation with partners but facts prove absolutely the opposite. In other words, you do not pay attention to the worry of strategic partners of our country and still continue to have close cooperation with pro-Russian groups while at the same time try to regain trust with European partners.
I think, in order for you not to hinder the process of EU integration, you definitely need oxygen but I will tend to doubt the regaining of trust since I get the impression that you deliberately try to confuse the society with the view of not letting the people harshly depict the crimes committed by the Russian military executioners.
You must be analyzing very well the fact that our country is facing a great threat and it is one of the central objects for Russia after Ukraine to submit to its power.
If you still do not understand, let me state once again that as executive authorities of the country, before the special events for the country, you should be paying tribute to those people who sacrificied their lives to the fight for world independence and we call them heroes. To make it clearer, leaders of freedom loving countries identify fearless flight of Ukranineans with great freedom, share the flight of the world for liberty and prove support of the people of this country with their deeds. as for your statements, they are not supported with facts.
Finally, I intenionally enriched my letter with extreme feelings especially for you since I intended to once again address you to urge you to discontinue formulating national interests of our country in your own way in the light of economy.
Allow me, as the ordinary citizen of my country, to be direct and let you know that with such an option you are entering a very dangerous game which is double loss-making for your authorities.

Irakli Garibashvili: This visit by American command ships is yet another clear demonstration of the strong strategic relations between Georgia and the US
I welcome our strategic allies and partners visiting Batumi Port, and I welcome American command ships, their crews and personnel, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili stated today in Batumi, aboard USS Mount Whitney.
According to the Head of Government, this port visit by American command ships is yet another clear demonstration of the strong strategic relations between Georgia and the US.
"Georgia is very important country in the Black Sea region. Our geographic location has a profound significance. Georgia is a loyal ally and participant of global security. We understand well the importance of Black Sea security, and we are committed to assisting our allies in this direction. We share the responsibility of cementing regional peace and stability, and we will continue doing everything to that end. Army command compatibility, partnership-oriented drills, and the unity of our forces in times of crisis offer the best way to ensure security in the region. I am happy to see that our friends, during their stay in Batumi, will have an opportunity to familiarize themselves with our country's rich history, culture, and traditions. Along with our guests, I would like to express enormous gratitude to the US Government and the American people, each American, who have stood by Georgia since the regaining of independence. On behalf of our Government and the Georgian people, I once again thank you visiting, and I wish you a successful stay," the Prime Minister addressed the crews and personnel of the American ships.
The guests aboard the USS were also addressed by US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan and Commander of the Sixth Fleet/Vice Admiral Gene Black.
"It is an honor to welcome to Georgia USS Mount Whitney and Arleigh Burke-class destroyer Porter. Many representatives of the crews and personnel of these ships are visiting this beautiful country for the first time, though the ships themselves have been here many times before. We are very proud of their return today. In September of 2008, after Russia's invasion of Georgia, Mount Whitney delivered 17 tons of much-needed humanitarian aid from the USAID, marking the first visit of the ship to the Black Sea water area, and look at Georgia's immense progress since! The history of these glorious ships, and the capabilities and achievements of their crews, are truly impressive. This visit reaffirms that the United States and Georgia, as partners, are committed to the idea of security and defense. Less than a month has passed since the recent visit by the US Defense Secretary, who reminisced about his time together with Georgian troops on battlefield and expressed gratitude to them. Alongside troops from the North Atlantic Alliance's member states and allies, more than 22,000 Georgians have participated in trainings and battles. The crews and personnel of these ships enable the US to carry out integrated aerial, land, and maritime operations with military and humanitarian missions, whenever we are called and whenever we are needed in the world. Your being here also reaffirms the unwavering commitment of the United States to Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Thank you, Mister Prime Minister, Mister Vice Prime Minister, Mister Defense Minister, Mister Chief of Defense Forces, and heads of the border guard and maritime patrol services, for facilitating this visit-and, more importantly, for your strong support of our security and defense partnership," Ambassador Degnan said.
Vice Admiral Gene Black thanked Georgia and Batumi for hosting the US ships and crews.
"Georgia's support makes a direct contribution to maritime security in the Black Sea Region. Our host city has embraced our crews and personnel with genuine warmth and hospitality. I deeply appreciate that. I am also grateful to Georgia's Defense Forces and the Georgian people for supporting US- and NATO-led missions. Georgia is our strategic partner, and our support for the country remains unwavering. The United States remain committed to maintaining close bilateral relations and assisting Georgia in developing its defense capabilities. Your contribution to our joint security effort testifies to the strength of our strategic partnership and to the common maritime interests and values we share. US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, during his visit to Georgia last months, stated that ‘Georgia has consistently and resolutely supported the United States in ensuring peace and stability in this region. I am happy to have this opportunity to reaffirm our strong support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.' The United States Navy-together with the member states and allies of the North Atlantic Alliance, including Georgia-is bolstering maritime security and stability in the Black Sea Region. No single country can deal with all threats on its own, the reason why I, on behalf of the United States of America and the North Atlantic Alliance and the Sixth Fleet, I thank Georgia for this opportunity further strengthening our relations," Vice Admiral Gene Black stated.

Foreign media about coronavirus "American Biolaboratories in Armenia: The Wonders of Multi-Vector"
For today, Armenia currently has a network of 12 biolabs created or upgraded with funding from the US Department of Defense under the BTRP, part of the US Joint Biological Involvement Program (CBEP). Three of them are located in Yerevan: the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the State Food Safety Service and the Nork Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital. In Ijevan, Gyumri, Martuni, Artashat, Vanadzor, etc. There are regional laboratories in the plague stations.
As in other countries, they only nominally belong to Armenia, when in fact they are controlled by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
As the leader of the public movements coalition "United Health", an international expert in the field of biological safety G. Grigorian notes that Armenia's national biosafety system has become an element of the US biological intelligence system in the region. Even before the opening of the American military network of laboratories in the country, in the mid-1990s, the US gained full control over Armenian databases of epidemiological data. According to Grigorian, the country has introduced the information system Epiinfo, developed by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, which is recommended by the World Health Organization to process epidemiological data in all countries. In 2011, the United States forced the State Sanitary-Epidemiological and Veterinary Surveillance Services to introduce the Electronic Integrated Disease Control System (EIDSS) and the Electronic Pathogen Asset Control System (PACS). It is true that databases and strains of particularly dangerous infections should belong to Armenia, but the true owners of the laboratories dispose of them at their own discretion. In 2015, two genomes of plague sticks were placed at the disposal of M. Nikolich, a representative of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) in the United States and at the same time a worker at the Lugar Georgian Center. In 2016, the medical cards of 600 patients at the Main Infectious Diseases Hospital in Armenia were examined by Christian Bautista of the Fort Detrick Military Medical Research Institute and the Walter Reed Military Research Institute.
Training exercises for "cats"
We can quite seriously assume that in addition to studies, American "southern virologists" are also conducting field trials in Armenia and neighboring countries. After the launch of the American Biolaboratory in Armenia, Asian tiger mosquitoes have emerged that are carriers of tropical fever, dengue fever, chikungunya, as well as Zika virus, which causes genetic changes in newborns. Experiments on them were conducted at the Lugar Center in Georgia. The mosquitoes flew away in the same way as the American professor G. Smith's coronavirus-infected bats did, which were somehow discovered in the caves of Kazakhstan when a professor was working at the Central American Radiolaboratory in that country. However, the coronavirus scandal could not be avoided by Armenia either. 14 employees of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) of the Ministry of Health of Armenia have been infected with the coronavirus. In addition, as it turned out at the end of last year, American laboratories in Armenia, together with the Institute of Molecular Biology (MBI) of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, are studying the Armenian genotype, for which NATO, the Pentagon and the EU provide funding. According to I. Nikulin, a former member of the UN Commission on Biological Weapons, "Ethnic weapons basically have already been created". In any case, bird flu strikes hard on Mongoloids, atypical pneumonia - on Europeans, and for example, Ebola or Marburg viruses - on Africans. Since the emergence of these laboratories along the borders of the Russian Federation, the outbreaks of various epidemics are ten times greater than the period when they were not yet operational".
Not surprisingly, a few days ago, "The Armenian Eagles - United Armenia" party demanded that Prime Minister Fashinyan eliminate all US sub-laboratories in the country within two months.
There is no smoke without fire
The suspicion of using biolaboratories to make biological weapons is clearly not unfounded. The United States withdrew from the 1972 Convention on the Non-Proliferation of Biological Weapons, and in 2001 blocked the adoption of an additional protocol to it, which allowed for mutual control. The Americans also ignored the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, which aimed to provide adequate levels of protection for living, biotechnologically modified organisms, including the safe transmission, processing and use of viruses that could adversely affect biodiversity or human health. In 1998, Washington adopted the "US National Security Strategy for the New Century," for the implementation of which it has bypassed international law by concluding framework agreements on cooperation in the field of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Such an agreement with Armenia was signed in 2000 and entered into force in 2002. The Agreement on Measures to Reduce Biological Threats was signed in September 2010, although Yerevan's involvement in the US Department of Defense's Threat Reduction Program (DTRA) "Biological Threat Reduction Program" began in 2008-2009. On October 4, 2018, at a briefing on bio-weapons issues at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Commander of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation I. Kirilov said, "Most likely, the United States will carry out its activities by bypassing international agreements and, under the guise of defense or other peacekeeping studies, will continue to strengthen its military-biological potential."The locations of the laboratories are clearly not randomly selected: near the borders of Russia, China and Iran, they pose a biological and epidemic threat to the population of these countries.
"Whose side are you on?"
Particularly poignant about the situation is the fact that Armenia, home to 12 US military bases, is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Collective Security Treaty Organization. Russia has repeatedly expressed its concern with the ally over the activities of high-threatening US military facilities on its territory.
In December 2018, Russian Foreign Minister S. Lavrov said that negotiations were underway with Armenia to prepare a document that would guarantee the absence of foreign troops in these biolabs. In November 2019, a memorandum was to be signed between the countries, which would strengthen the absence of foreign troops in US-funded biolaboratories, as well as allow Russian specialists access to these facilities. Nevertheless, the case was not settled: The deal has been delayed, and the U.S. military continues to lead Washington-based biological intelligence and sabotage structures. The deal has been delayed, and the U.S. military continues to lead Washington-based biological intelligence and sabotage structures.
The access of Russian specialists to these facilities looks like a real profanation. Saratov specialists who arrived at the lab in 2017 were not even allowed near the boxes where the viruses and chemical reactors are stored. However, this does not prevent the Information Control Center at the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia from arguing in advance that "the laboratories belong to Armenia and they have no military purpose. Moreover, on the instructions of the Prime Minister, Russian specialists were given the opportunity to visit the laboratories and see for themselves".
As for Washington, it is not limited to laboratories. It is established with various state structures that are involved in the overall security system of the country. In particular, among them is the Institute of Molecular Biology of the above-mentioned National Academy of Sciences. Researchers at the institute are supported by national and international grants from the Visegrad Foundation (EU), the US Department of State, the International Science and Technology Center (led by the EU and the US) and the North Atlantic Alliance. There is also the Foundation "Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development" (CARD), which is registered as an Armenian organization. In fact, it is the successor to the American program Market Access Program (MAP) and receives funding from DTRA. In particular, in 2017, he received $1 million for "scientific and technical services", or rather, for lobbying DTRA interests in government offices across the country. According to the agency's documents, "CARD has demonstrated the critical need to gain access to key Armenian ministers, the top executives of these ministries, and to successfully participate in DTRA activities". As they often say, comment is excessive. Let us add that the member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Eurasian Union, which also receives military aid from Russia, did not bother to think about the consequences of maintaining the biological warfare structures on its territory, which does not hide its aggressive intentions towards Moscow, Beijing and Tehran.
