The administrative expense of Tbilisi City Hall is at a low level -Davit Narmania
The administrative expense of Tbilisi City Hall is at a low level as much as possible – Davit Narmania said today at press conference. As the Mayor explained, there are almost 50 LEPL-s and Profit legal entities.
“Tbilisi City Hall has carried out a number of optimization, a number of services which was unnecessary. All of them were merged with another service or canceled. This enabled us to save on administrative costs,”- Tbilisi Mayor said.
10 New buses in Tbilisi
Presentation of MAN’s new blue buses was hold in Rose Square in Tbilisi. The buses will run on #61 line in the nearest future. According to the Tbilisi City Mayor Davit Narmania, new buses are consistent with European standards, are ecologically clean and working on CNG fuel.
“The new buses are safe for the environment and this is too important. They work on natural oil and they are the most high-class civic buses,”-Davit Narmania said.
According to Mayor, buses are provided by heat and conditioner systems. 27 ml euro was allocated by EBRD and 7 ml euro by – E5P Fund.
Renewed Davit Agmashenebeli Avenue
In the frames of Tbilisi City Hall’s project New Tpilisi full rehabilitation have been implemented at Davit Agmashenebeli Avenue, from Marjanishvili square to Zaarbriuken square. The renewed avenue was opened yesterday.
The Prime Minister of Georgia and Tbilisi Mayor attended the ceremony. They discussed some issues with locals. Some cultural events have been held.
As Davit Narmania said, especially the damaged inner courtyards were restored. The communication system: gas, water, sewage, internet and weak-current networks were completely changed.
Cleaning the car park full update is planned-Narmania
In order to improve service, cleaning the car park full update is planned, - the mayor of Tbilisi Davit Narmania said. According to him, 291 special equipment included 28 Tbilservice Group is working for Tbilisi in 2016.
As David Narmania said, TbilService group placed 10 050 new garbage containers. 18 974 containers we have in Tbilisi now.
In addition, David Narmania said that first inert (construction) 2 Waste Landfill was placed in Tbilisi also.
Car number is doubled in Tbilisi today-Davit Narmania
Compared to 2010, the number of cars is doubled in Tbilisi. An average of 400 000 cars are moving in Tbilisi today.

“If 200 000 cars were moving in our capital in 2010 we have their double number today. It is hard not to have road traffics in this condition. We are working discomfort to be as less as can be,”-Davit Narmania said.
